My name is Josiah Gibbs, and I’m a Director of Photography with 7+ years of experience creating cinematic visuals across short films, music videos, commercials, corporate productions, and multi-camera live events. My background as a Grip and 1st AC has given me a strong technical foundation in lighting, camera systems, and on-set workflow, shaping the way I approach every project with both creativity and precision.

 

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with agencies, production companies, churches, schools, and small businesses—helping bring stories, brands, and ideas to life through intentional visual storytelling. I enjoy collaborating with teams, leading crews in fast-paced environments, and creating visuals that feel polished, purposeful, and memorable. Whether I’m on a film set, producing branded content, or supporting a live production, I aim to create work that connects with people and leaves a lasting impact.
